This is the most frustrating thing. I knew about them in 2020 July because of heavy flow. I was scared to got for operations because I was told that if their attached to my womb then they will remove it too. I did my research on Google, then find out that I can do something way different from operation. I went to fibroids embolization. It has been 2 months after the procedure and my flow is light now. I'm just glad because it was a very disturbing situation.

I have had fibroids since my early 20's-- heavy periods, periods that would go on for weeks, anemia, severe cramping.... I started birth control and that helped some, but I still had a very irregular cycle, and heavy bleeding. We do not have children because honestly, when you bleed constantly off the pill, and are in so much pain you spend half the month curled up on the bathroom floor, it's hard to get pregnant... I went back on the pill. Got a hysterectomy at age 42 and feel amazing.
