Remember to Breathe

Many people who have tried to meditate find that this mental exercise may not be as simple as it looks. But according to master yoga teacher Rebecca Pacheco, author of Do Your Om Thing, “The only way to meditate badly is not to meditate at all.” Here are three simple steps to get you started:

  • Step One: Sit still.
  • Step Two: Breathe.
  • Step Three: Repeat.
