Fantastic story and great job Denise. It’s wonderful to see something so positive, as negativity is throughout the news. Denise’s story proves will power to change a bad behavior to something positive is attainable. Realizing one has an addiction and making the step to change it is commendable in my book. I hope others will read this story and be motivated to put an end to something that can and will shorten a life.

Thank you for the comments, I am the happiest I have been in a long time since quitting smoking. When I tell my story in this article and the quit clinics that I attend. I feel like I am giving back. Smoking was just holding me back and making me think that I had to smoke or I would die, well I turned it around and I will now die without smoking on day. Please get educated about the dangers of NICOTINE.
