Not just the distance to travel, but the then queuing and waiting to attend the venue that multiple others will also have to attend has to be considered as putting people off getting this set of two jabs. Just say that they manage to split this tray of 940 doses between 5 venues, you will still be 1 person among 188 attending each venue. Who / how many among that 188 and their carers will already be infected? Just attending a clinic for a jab is a risk in itself of catching Covid19.
