Wow!!! The only thing I agree with you is that some nutrients are more easily absorbed in canned produce. Unfortunately, the canning process decimates most of the enzymes, vitamins, phytonutients, and beneficial bacteria. Also, most cans are lined with Bisphenol A which is an Endocrine disruptor. To me canned produce is not food. Buy fresh produce and eat it both raw and cooked if you really want to properly feed your body. I hope the person who wrote this article isn't a nutritionist.
