I, for one am glad Act Up is back to taking it to the streets! That seems to be the way we who do advocate and activate gets anything moving. Even after 25 years Silence = Death!

This policy that this City government and The Money Mayor is tring to bring forth reminds me of Prez Reagan's de-funding the State Mental Health Programs. Some may remember all funding shut down over night for Federal Funded Mental Health housing and over night Homeless People with no skills and Mental Health Problems flooded all major cities, hence mass homelessness. It is clear to me that if done this way New York City will become unsafe and unhealthie to the general public out large. Boy-C
