Bundle Up

During the winter, outdoor activities can expose you to health hazards if you aren’t properly dressed. To avoid frostbite, hypothermia or immersion foot—all conditions related to overexposure to wet and cold temperatures—dress for the weather by wearing appropriate outdoor clothing, including gloves, hats, scarves, waterproof boots and layers of light, warm clothing.
