The Business of Health Care: Technology and People: U.S. and Beyond
Presented by Florida Blue, this conference draws national and international industry leaders, policy makers, scholars and students to explore the impact of technology and policy on health care and business communities in the United States, Latin America and beyond. This is the only conference of its kind that brings together heads of the major US provider and payer organizations on the same panel, including the American Hospital Association, American Medical Association, American Nurses Association, Medical Group Management Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and America’s Health Insurance Plans. In addition, the ministers of health from Argentina, Chile and Colombia will discuss the health care issues in a changing political and technology climate. This is the only US conference dedicated to addressing healthcare issues in Latin America. Additional panels will feature business leaders’ views on emerging technologies as well the current US and global healthcare business climate. Attendees will also have opportunities to network with other healthcare professionals.
