Over yr ago Dr had me lowering cholesterol. Started eating Oatmeal lots of nuts cut 50% carbs. cut fats. Taking cq 10 and fish oil daily. Not eating as mush fish as I should. Felt great the first few months. Results my numbers went down. Now I am in a lot of chronic pain, with back and right leg. Sitting resting sleeping makes me feel worse. About to stop this diet and get on cholesterol lowering pills. ( don't really want to ) GIVING UP Thanks for this article
I quit all sugar dairy rice bread tortillas potatoes meat chicken for 1 year. All my symptoms went away. I will never go back. The pain is not something I wish upon anyone.

I used to eat everything with tomatoes. Chili, pizza, V8, etc. I did this daily. My muscles hurt SO bad, it felt like someone beat me up with a baseball bat in the morning. I could barely get out of bed. I still have other foods that bother me, but not like tomatoes. I think that shrimp bothers me too, but I have to have at least ONE vice.
