This is my first repeat entry. I decided that sometimes when I’m right on time with what I’m saying or addressing in my blog I should give readers a chance to absorb my advice. Today I had another one of those OMG people are reading my blog moments. This morning the news was buzzing about MTV “Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood. She is being investigated by the police in Anderson, Ind., for domestic violence and she could face felony charges for beating on her ex-fiance Gary Shirley in front of their toddler, Leah, (according to HollywoodLife.com.) The incident was caught by MTV’s cameras and aired on Sept. 28. (The episode airs again on Oct. 29th)

It was just last week when I offered suggestions for what abused men should do. While researching my suggestions some people thought I was off base when I talked about the lack of concern when men are abused by women. I am glad that Amber is being investigated and I hope she gets treated like any abusive man would. I can only imagine what would happen if it was the other way around and Gary Shirley had hit Amber.
