Did you read the article? The same Constitutional basis to allow SSM and to forbid anti-sodomy laws is what abortion rights are based on. F***ing Clarence Thompson told everyone that's what he is thinking as he struck down Roe. You must be pretty dense
The left is deep in outrage and shallow in strategy. This is not how we won gay equality. We need better messaging and messengers and less faux outrage by paid activists.

The scary part is all its gonna take is one lawsuit from one conservative state against marriage equality and with this political conservative Supreme Court, that state could prevail, back in the fall of 2016,I heard people say it don't matter who wins it won't make any difference, i would lke to see what they are saying now.
