I do have concerns with both HIV tests and with AIDS diagnosises given to people already deemed HIV+. 1. HIV tests are not specific and can react to numerous other things in blood. 2. Just being told you are HIV+ will effect your body chemistry and biology, your mental and emotional health, and hence your physicality. 3. If HIV neg people were examined like HIV+ people are, then we would likely find many HIV neg people with low cd4 counts and other illnesses - so they'd have AIDS without HIV.
