This is nonsense, and bigoted. The idea is"Men" don't or won't talk unless there is some primitive black pleather chair to sit on reeks of 1960's sexism. I attend two different prostate cancer support groups in New York City. The rooms are full of men like me. We talk and share and once in a while cry with each other about our lives and how cancer affects us. This ManCave (which I have seen at Dr Tewari's office, is a gimmick that is without merit. It's insulting and demeaning.
