My doctor has had less than valuable results with prep, which the LGBT+ , medical an political communities refuse to acknowledge. Too many of the younger crowd, and some older, treat it as a party drug. They don't adhere to the regimen, they don't follow up, and then are surprised that they come down with a resistant strain. He wont give it out anymore.
