I've been serving in the Navy for over 17 years, it wasn't until upon my exit physical that my massive fibroids were discovered, then it wasn't enough to keep me to get them removed. I joined the VA and got a Primary care Doctor. She's referred me to two specialist. I wanted a black women but they didn't have any in my network I'm assuming. So I've seen 1 white male, 1 Indian male and 1 Asian male. ALL recommendations have been to have a hysterectomy or adopt because of my age.

I have been dealing with fibroids,and refused a hysterectomy,doctor told me I need to have it,or go ahead and have a baby. I told him it's my body and my decision. I have been treating myself by doing yoni steams,and drinking herbal fibroid tea,that I order and it really helps my period. I have thought about the procedure that she had.
