sanofi-aventis insulin glargine and Eli Lilly Insulin lispro, my meds, both charge this Detroiter 500% more ($212 avg vs $42 USD avg per 10ml bottles) than my Canadian friends, 35 miles away. Same stuff, same mfg. One outfit is Swiss, the other Indianapolis, US. So why can these international companies GOUGE US citizens? Because Politician allow them. Docs forget business and politics. US politicians allow 29 million US citizens to pay 500% more than the rest f the world. JDRF, ADA? Where R U?
