So, these agencies will no longer treat people with AIDS,... I mean, advanced HIV infection?

This is great! I look forward to the day when they change the name of HOPWA. The name implies recipients have had an AIDS diagnosis. I don't know the stats but expect a significant percentage of recipients have never had an AIDS diagnosis. 29+ years HIV+, never had an opportunistic infection or AIDS diagnosis but I benefit from HOPWA and despise the title of the program.
