Just an idea, but if you are already on an anti anxiety / anti depressant drug then ask to be switched to venlafaxine. One of its side effects is that it heats you up. I mean, if you suffer from feeling cold then use this side effect of venlafaxine to benefit you. Personally, I was on 150 mg per day and was so overheating. I had it reduced to 75 mg and still the over heating. I chose to go down to 37.5 my per day because the over heating bothered me so much in the summer - sweating on exertion.
