It's about time, just because it's considered sick, doesn't mean we shouldn't call it, what it is, a sexual orientation. Only recently has this type of behavior not been accepted. We should be working on how to control it, or help the person control it. I could imagine that would be very difficult to deal with. Those judging should feel lucky they do not have that orientation. It's always so much easier to judge someone else for something they didn't choose.
This country is going to crap so fast. These sicko's have no right to even argue their point! ... WHAT NEXT?? Rapists get a sexual orientation too?!! This is what happens when you take God out of our country and stop capital punishment.

Shannon, pedophilia is the attraction or strong sexual desire towards prepubescent children, comparative to heterosexuals who are sexually attracted to the opposite sex and to homosexuals who are attracted to the same sex. No one chooses their sexual orientation. I am sure many pedophiles have to struggle with their orientation just as homosexuals did and continue to do. Sexual orientation is not a choice. If it were everyone would be heterosexual just to avoid scrutiny from ignorant people.
