Just click on the "To read the DOJ statement,..Click Here" link to see the actual settlement. At the bottom of the settlement page, there is an email link to file your own complaint. It's quite easy to do from their web site.
Hell that's happened to me at least three times here in reno, Nv. Unfortunately, I was not lucky enough to have someone fight for me in court. If u are poz, don't move to nevada. They still get away with that here!
I have been turned down by most life insurance agencies once thet found out about my condition. I would like to know if this is legal and fair?

Would the justice department be interested in settling a case against Lambda Gay and My hospital for refusing to take my case when the hospital told me that they could not perform bypass surgery because of my PoZ status. I reported the case several times to Lambda Gay and they just were not interested. It's been 8 years since my bypass so not sure if I even have a case. I will write more details if I have a case. Thank You.
