why didnt Positive Impact receive any grant money? They help so many HIV+ people with their services. This is a disgrace they was omitted from this list! This list seems probematic and actually racist to the following persons who receive this grant, Sorry thats just how I feel!!!!!

I was arrested for criminal exposure to HIV on December 18, 2018, which was my daughter's 15th birthday. While I was in a holding cell for 3 days, my arrest was reported on the news. My partner knew and admitted in the interview that he knew. My case was "retired", I accepted this because it was as close to a dismissal I would get without further fight. My town shunned me. When I got out of jail I had no lights, no heat and no food and nobody stopped to see if I was even alive.
