-Play games that keep your children busy by asking them to hunt for different items of a certain color or shape. -Go for a walk with your kids and sing or tell a story aloud to keep their attention off the fact that they’re exercising. -Make walking fun—skip, hop, jump, race and walk backwards. -Make learning a part of exercising. Have your kids count how many things they see, or identify shapes and colors.
