A new video game is helping children learn about obesity. “Body Mechanics: Superheroes of the Human body” (Amazon.com, 12.99) hopes to hook kids long enough to educate them about healthy habits. Kids battle villains like “Col Estorol” and “Betes II”; then they get out from in front of the game-- and get active.
