Celery on the Brain

Who would have thought that the crunchy veggie and buffalo wing garnish could protect your brain? A recent report suggests that the compound luteolin, which is found in celery and green peppers, may be able to decrease the amount of inflammation around your brain. Translation: It may decrease your risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
